Day Nine.

Had gone to steel factory in the morning. The trip is really beneficial to all. Japan is the founder of The WuGang Steel Manufacturing Plant in 1974 and China managed to maintain it till today. It is the first time for many to been there and had definitely clarify the doubts of everyone they had. Got to know the process of making steel, also know how it is generated. Raw materials will be pumped into the machine and after a while, hot burning steel will be seen from the furnace soon after. Next, the steel will be flattened, then using water to cool the high temperature of the steel. It will be rolled up and quality check will be carried out after that. Also, found out that in the past, Man had to do the process of making it. With the hard wok the engineers had put in, in 1978, 12 December, the firm successfully made their first hot strip mill, When technology became more and more advanced, machines are used and it is more time consuming. Back to school in the afternoon, had our first IS lesson. Were taught about the history of China, the politics and the economy of the country. Learnt that in a country, when people had different political views, it will result in unnecessary conflicts. We must preserve racial and religious harmony: China is a communism country whereas Singapore is a multiracialism country. Feel that the government of Singapore are made up of good leaders with good leaderships. By maintaining the good image of a country and being able to provide almost everything to each and everyone in the country is not an easy task. This actually in turn, allow citizens to value their diversity and determined to stay a united people. Regardless of race, language or religion.
