Day Sixteen.

Surprisingly, we did not have any class today because we were going for a trip, to the three gorges. I was awake by my phone ring due to the release of our result. Checked our stuffs again and went to 堕落街 to buy our lunch. And so, we gathered at 1300, boarded the bus and our journey began.
There were two stop-over for toilet breaks and another one is to 宜昌 for our lunch at 食家庄酒店. So happened that, there’s a 60th birthday celebration held there as well. Normally in China, they will do their celebrations in the afternoon instead of at night, as they think that, during night time, they should eat less. Overall, the food there is moderate. After finishing eating, we continued our journey. There are quite a number of tunnels before we reached, which is around thousand meters. Telephone and doors are also available inside for emergency. Finally after 8hrs, we reached the jetty. The situation was horrendous. Imagine people just squeeze their way through just to get onto the ship and half of our group was able to pass through the boarding gate whereas some were actually held back. Feel that, they are really unorganized. They just did head counts but do not have to collect any tickets for evidence or etc. It’s really unbelievable. There is high chance that we will not find this kind of situation in Singapore. Everything must be shown or stated in black and white, the rules and regulations are clearly stated. Soon after, we manage to get in after those misunderstandings. Hurriedly, off we go, heading to our cruise, 金太阳, to meet up with the rest. Then, happily we walked to the fourth level deck of the cruise which is the uppermost deck. Opened our room 434, was shocked to see the toilet, it was frigging small and the drainage system is not up to standard, it’s a bit humiliating to comment anything, but I swear the toilet there is worst than Genting First World Hotel. After today, learnt that we should follow closely with tour guide to prevent such cases to happen again. Being able to adapt to different lifestyle from different people living in different conditions can allow us to learn something from them in one way or another, experiencing new things we probably won't get a chance to.
