Day One.

A six-week programme for the MDE students took them – all for the first time – to Wuhan, the capital of Hubei Province, China. Wuhan is unfamiliar to many of our students who mostly equate China with Shanghai and Beijing. Realized everyone will start to cherish things for instance, started to cherish with family members around them before departure and also missing the delicious food in Singapore. I don't know why I start to cherish every single things and was feeling abit reluctant to go before the arrival of the day came. At the same time, thinking that, since the money is already paid, so why not go there and explore more things. Hence, reached Changi Airport at around 0530, boarded the plane at around 0800. Then changed flight from Guangzhou and met up with the Wuhan students at around 1730. Seeing the way the students welcomed us, makes us felt heartwarming. And so, we managed to settle down at our hostel at around 2030. Chatted with the students there and they brought us around the nearby area to eat and to buy our necessities. They even shared with us about their campus life and etc. They are really independent and that we really appreciate how they treat us. Guess throughout these days, everyone is able to accomplish something, also make friends with them. Making friends is just like Singapore having a bilateral relation with a country.
